About Unclear Fallout
Unclear Fallout is a small recipe blog by James and DJL. There are 9 recipes here, from a pecan pie to a Ukrainian Easter paska, and nearly every step was photographed as it was cooked.
Each recipe is written the way it was cooked: the amounts that worked, the temperatures that were measured with a probe rather than guessed, and the things to change next time. Where a recipe was adapted from someone else's, the original is linked.
The recipes are built to cook from. Change the servings and the amounts follow, switch between metric and US measures, and open cook mode for large type, a screen that stays awake and a timer on every step that needs one.
